Paid Ad Management

$2,000.00 USD

Ads should buy jobs, not clicks.

Most contractors have either never run ads or got burned by someone who spent the budget on the wrong towns, the wrong hours and the wrong searches, then called it brand awareness.

What you get

  • Tight targeting on your service area, not the whole county
  • Budget weighted to your season and your best-paying work
  • Negative keywords so you stop paying for tire kickers and job seekers
  • Call tracking, so you know what a booked job actually cost
  • The ad account in your name, always

If ads aren't right for you this month, we'll say so and we won't take the money.

Send us your current spend. We'll show you what you're paying per lead.

ZERO MARKUP EVER

Google bills your card directly for the ad spend. We never touch that budget, and we never take a percentage of it on the way through.

ZIP BY ZIP SPEND

Every dollar goes to the towns you will actually drive to, not a wide radius that has you quoting jobs ninety minutes up the turnpike.

SEASONAL BUDGETS

Furnace money in October and air conditioning money in May. Your budget follows the actual work instead of running flat all year long.

WHY PAID AD MANAGEMENT?

Why is ad spend billed separately?

Because it is your money going to Google, not to us. Your card is on the Google account, you can log in and see every dollar, and we never take a cut of it. Agencies that bundle spend into one invoice make it very hard to tell what you actually paid for.

Why not run the ads myself?

You can. Google's interface is built to help you spend, which is why most contractors running their own end up paying for clicks from renters, from outside their service area, and from people shopping for a part. The management fee usually pays for itself in what does not get wasted.

Why do I need ads if you are doing my SEO?

SEO takes months and ads work this week. Ads carry you while the organic side builds, and they cover the stretches where you need calls now rather than eventually.

Why does my budget change by season?

Because your work does. Spending flat all year means overpaying in March and underspending the week everyone's furnace dies. The budget should look like your calendar.

Why limit my ads to certain zip codes?

A lead ninety minutes out is not a job, it is a quote you probably will not win and a drive nobody pays you for. Tighter targeting means fewer leads and more of them worth answering.
